This Brut Premier is the result of the union of 4 different vintages. Between an 8% and a 25% of the set comes from Reserve wines. It is a solution that was thought about as a result of the destruction of vineyards during World War I, where it was impossible to choose vintage champagne. A classic champagne, sober and with a sophisticated touch that has been chosen as the best non-vintage champagne in the world according to 75 Masters of Wine by Decanter magazine.
Bright golden yellow.
Medium-high intensity aroma. Aroma of white fruits and dried fruits, hints of citrus and yeast, toast, flowers and pastry.
In the mouth it is complete, complex, integrates characteristics of maturity associated with notes of fruit. With great final persistence.

VINEYARD AND PREPARATION
Poor and chalky grounds.
Brut Premier uses all 3 champagne grape varieties from more than 40 different plots.
Partial malolactic fermentation.
It matures for 3 years in oak barrels underground and a 6-month rest after disgorging.
